I had a good experience. Transmission specialists was the only company out of eight that even offered a solution to my problem, all the others didn't want anything to do with it. The price estimate in the beginning was what I paid, no hidden costs. The staff was nice to work with. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Turned out the rear end (transfer) case on our 2014 escape was the culprit causing so much noise from the back of our vehicle. The team at transmission specialist was able to diagnose this quickly, order the part and had it in and ready for us the day after the part arrived. They kept us up to date through the entire process and the car was ready for us when they said it would be. We will be lifetime customers.
