took my 03 ram for a new clutch and manual transmission. they shop is very friendly and always kept me in the loop with updates and seemed very knowledgeable, honest and transparent with what was going on and price (i didnt shop around for other prices because of past reviews i read about them) but I assume a new transmission and clutch would have still been expensive possibly even more at another place. I will definitely go back to Transmission Specialists with any other transmission problems.

Called with no hopes of being priority, but Donald said "bring it on down!". So I did. Seemed like overnight, I received a call from Donald, "she's all done! Come on down!". I damn near skipped all the way there to get my truck back. Thanks guys. Great experience. Very fast very friendly very REAL.

So I got recommended this place from O'Reilly and so I had to wait for payday n took my car in. First of all the lady in the office was so sweet and nice. I left my car for couple of hours. N whn I talked to the mechanic guy he was very informative and I really liked that he wasn't trying to upsell me stuff or pushing me to get service. Even though my poor baby car has so many problems I ended up not getting any service and they didn't even charge me for checking it out. I want to say thank you so much Transmission Specialist for helping me and being so honest. They could have easily charged me $100 or more and been like we did this or that n I would have never been the wiser. But instead they were kind, honest and helpful. If I ever have troubles with any other car wit just transmission they will b my first call and I will highly recommend them. Thank you again guys for your help and most of all for your honesty.

I dropped my car off to get a diagnostics. Had a great warm welcome from the team! I was informed that I do need a new transmission, but my warrenty would on cover 10% of the cost. So I picked my car up, and with their kindness they did not charge me. I am so beyond grateful for them!

We called around an we found the Transmission Specialist an got a quote an about 2 1/2 weeks later we got our car to them an said it would take 2 weeks for a transmission but they called about a week later said our car was ready. Donna a Donald are very nice and they were easy to work with. We are glad we went with these guys, very reasonable, trustworthy, friendly would definitely recommend them! We are happy we have our car back!

Don, Donald and Donna were all very nice to work with. Don was very upfront with me about the work they were going to do! I was told 3 days and it was done in 2. Transmission Specialists were referred to me by a very good friend! I am so glad I took my 4Runner there!
