Donald is a great honest man!

My transmission was going out on my 2011 GMC Sierra, I contacted them about it late in the evening as they were about to close, told me to drop it off and that the gate would be open. They quoted me a fair price, got the work done in less than 10 business days, great communication throughout. After about 6 months, I had a noticeable leak. I called them, they had me drop it off and it was repaired and ready to pick up the next day and covered by their 3 year warranty.

We drove down from vancouver with a falilong transmission. Don answered the phone at 9 am and had us in within the hour. He called me a couple hours later and gave me all the details about what the problem was. He originally wasn’t gonna charge us anything for looking at it.We decided to do a service on the truck just to make sure we had the best possible chance of limping the truck home. Had a truck with transmission problems. They did a diagnosis on the problem and it needed a new transmission.the truck was very old and wasn’t worth as much as the repairs were going to cost, so I decided not to fix it..the great crew there didn't charge me for the diagnosis..I really appreciate honest businesses like this, and would take my other cars here again first if I encounter another problem.
