Don and the staff I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time to explain the problem and the options available. Beyond that, they made sure that the used transmission they purchased for me was working perfectly, and that meant testing two imperfect transmissions before finding one that was performing properly. They stood by their original quote and were extremely professional, and they stand behind their work with a 12 month warranty! I highly recommend Transmission Specialists!
