These guys did my transmission 2 years ago at a great price. They also did one wheel bearing. I noticed a noise recently after getting new tires from a separate shop and thought it might be the bearing. Although out of warranty they diagnosed the car and pointed out the new tire rubbing up against a bracket that holds a line. They adjusted the bracket and sent me back to the tire store with the knowledge to get replaced. And they charged me nothing! Great company with knowledge and integrity, I would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my Lincoln MKZ into your shop to service the transmission and check for leak in the PTU. I appreciate the work performed and the patience and courtesy answering my questions and informing me of each step in the process.

My second time coming in for service. Great first experience so I brought in another car. Got me in quick, service went well, identified a issue with engine misfire not a transmission problem. Friendly and fun to talk to. Good business!

If there were such thing as a TEN STAR rating I would give that to Don at "Transmission Specialist" in Kent,WA. !! :)) These folks truly help take care of me by providing and installing a factory rebuild Transmission straight from Nissan for my 2008 Nissan Altima. I purchased this new used vehicle from a local dealer with cash and they failed me knowing it was just a matter of time before my transmission was going to fail me causing me to be forced to trade it in for a more expensive car from that dealer also in Auburn. Don at TRS regognized this and that Nissan would not honor their extended warranty and he completely provided me with a new one and truly cares about his customers! I could not be happier with Transmission Specialist overall service & customer care!! :)) They are the REAL DEAL and PROS! :)) Alan Sweet
