If there were such thing as a TEN STAR rating I would give that to Don at "Transmission Specialist" in Kent,WA. !! :)) These folks truly help take care of me by providing and installing a factory rebuild Transmission straight from Nissan for my 2008 Nissan Altima. I purchased this new used vehicle from a local dealer with cash and they failed me knowing it was just a matter of time before my transmission was going to fail me causing me to be forced to trade it in for a more expensive car from that dealer also in Auburn. Don at TRS regognized this and that Nissan would not honor their extended warranty and he completely provided me with a new one and truly cares about his customers! Prompt and professional service. I have performed my own routine maintenance over the years but this vehicle has a difficult to access transmission pan and in my attempt to change the filter a shifting solenoid was damaged. These guys really helped me out and did not shame my rookie mistake. Very fair pricing and I recommend this facility. Busy shop and a used car lot shares the area so parking is limited.

I had a transfer case replaced on my Mercury Mariner about a month ago and I could not be happier! Don, the manager, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. As a matter of a fact after the repair I was taking a trip and had a problem and without hesitation Don said bring it in and fixed the problem at no charge and did not delay my trip. I would recommended their service for any transition repair. Louis, the technician on our repair, found the problem immediately and fixed it quickly and also took a test drive to make certain the repair was correct! My highest praise from estimate to repair, perfect!
