It was a pleasure working with all of the staff at TSK. I was very overwhelmed with the condition my car was in but Alaina at TSK was extremely awesome and reassured me they would do their best to take care of me and get my car back up to par. She went above and beyond in every area with Clear communication the entire way. Staff even stayed a bit longer just to make sure my car was fixed and delivered to me on time. By far, the best customer service I've ever experienced and would give a 10+ if it were an option. Once again, thanks to all the staff.. Alaina, Vidi and the rest of the staff.. You guys rock!

Great mechanics and superb, down home, friendly customer service!!!! Found issues with my 4wd Dodge diesel running gear and shifting that saved me well over a thousand $ compared to my first estimate at a Kitsap county shop. That "other" transmission shop was sure front diff was bad. These folks diagnosed my problem as carrier bearing ; not bad differential and I'm very impressed with their professional work. I'll drive from 50 miles to Speedi to get my vehicles fixed. Kudos Speedi!!!!

Let's just start by I just created a account so other people would know this place is legit. Since I moved to Seattle 6 months ago I have been very skeptical about everything since I've been robbed and my girlfriends car was stolen. I brought my 2007 Chevy in to get checked out. Jonny who came for a test drive with me was very knowledgable and helpful on what I should do and not do with my transmission. He had my car hooked up to a new Snap On scanner ( not some old outdated scanner) then they even put it up on the lift to check for leaks and then told me what they thought. I thought for sure they would try and sell me on a rebuilt transmission or something along the lines but they pretty much gave me some tips and told me when I should be worried. Not to mention all this was free. No gimmicks. FREE! And the young lady and the front desk was pretty damn cute too. Would highly recommend.
