Let's just start by I just created a account so other people would know this place is legit. Since I moved to Seattle 6 months ago I have been very skeptical about everything since I've been robbed and my girlfriends car was stolen. I brought my 2007 Chevy in to get checked out. Jonny who came for a test drive with me was very knowledgable and helpful on what I should do and not do with my transmission. He had my car hooked up to a new Snap On scanner ( not some old outdated scanner) then they even put it up on the lift to check for leaks and then told me what they thought. I thought for sure they would try and sell me on a rebuilt transmission or something along the lines but they pretty much gave me some tips and told me when I should be worried. Not to mention all this was free. No gimmicks. FREE! And the young lady and the front desk was pretty damn cute too. Would highly recommend.

Great shop! Very clean facility and fantastic work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs transmission work. The people are a pleasure to deal with as well.

Grateful gal! They not only worked out a reasonable price but were cheaper than all shops we called and took in our car immediately for they had enough mechanics to do ours timely. Other shops wouldn't even look under the hood or give us their advise. Transmission specialist fixed our trans and even offered to fix our other vehicle too! Great timeliness, no wait, awesome price and car runs perfect now they fixed it. Also exceptional customer service and pristine clean store!

Alaina is super awesome I wish I can say the same for the other staff. She was very rude didn't answer done of my questions and went to help other Coustmer and left me to wait and when she final came back her answer was talk to Alaina but she was off. Every time I try to talk to her she walks off and leave me sitting at the desk so I felt So disrespect and I wish I never went their ugh she needs to be fire

They were great Alaina was awesome! She helped me get a car rental since we only have one vehicle. They towed my van to the shop with no cost to me. I would definitely recommend their transmission shop. Prices are good also :)

Real great service and friendly staff. Even though I was only after some service work on a valve body and some parts, they treated me like I owned a fleet of worn out transmissions! Even stayed for a few minutes after closing time to "shoot the breeze" with me.

The employees here are extremely nice and understanding about any persons situation. I brought my car here after hours and the manager, Dawn and Alicia, were nice enough to hang around until I was able to drop off my car. Also, they were able to communicate with me in a timely manner always answering my questions truthfully. I would recommend this shop to everyone, especially if you're wanting people who truly care about the situation you are in and want to help.
