Friendly, honest, and detailed. My initial diagnosis was handled quickly, phone calls were made as they discovered additional problems. Each item was discussed for my safety and the operation of my vehicle, before making a decision. They stayed late for me to pick it up. They were polite, pressure free through the entire process. These guys are the best. They worked my truck and did what was needed to put it back on the road. Friendly people that explains all they find and what it costs for repairs. Never had to be pressured into anything and it was my decision to have work done. I believe I have made new friends now and have a place to go first if my truck go's wheels up later. They are backed up by a great group of people in Kent that makes sure the transmissions are the best before placed in your vehicle.. These guys did my transmission 2 years ago at a great price. They also did one wheel bearing. I noticed a noise recently after getting new tires from a separate shop and thought it might be the bearing. Although out of warranty they diagnosed the car and pointed out the new tire rubbing up against a bracket that holds a line. They adjusted the bracket and sent me back to the tire store with the knowledge to get replaced. And they charged me nothing! Great company with knowledge and integrity, I would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my Lincoln MKZ into your shop to service the transmission and check for leak in the PTU. I appreciate the work performed and the patience and courtesy answering my questions and informing me of each step in the process.
