Repaired after diagnostic of 4 wheel drive problems .

Great place and great people for awesome customer service and any automotive issues. I talked with Don about my transmission problem I thought I was having. Don told me to bring it down any time that was convenient for me and that they also scan and test drive the vehicle free of charge so they can pin point any issues. Talked with Donald at the shop and Low and behold I had no transmission problems. I was having a few misfires going on with the engine. I will be referring anyone and everyone to Transmission Specialist for transmission issues for there vehicles. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star rating for sure

I reached out to multiple companies to get a quote. Donald at Transmission specialists was the first to respond. Donald took the time to walked me through cost and warranty and answer all my questions. After reviewing all the quotes Transmission Specialist had the best warranty along with the best prices by nearly 40%. Donald again was quick to respond when I setup an appointment which I was able to drop of the truck the same day. WOW. Donald called back after test driving the truck and confirmed in detail why the transmission needed to be replaced. Final bonus is the truck was done 3 days earlier than promised. The staff at the shop was just as amazing.

Our car broke down right across the street from transmission specialists - what’re the odds?! I figured it had something to do with the transmission because the engine ran and sounded fine but it would suddenly go out of gear and wouldn’t move. I called and Donny almost immediately knew what was going on based on the symptoms but they helped us get it over there so they could confirm. After a couple hours I got a call and they confirmed we’d need a new transmission which ultimately would cost more than what the car was worth so we decided it was essentially totaled. They were very kind and understanding while we made arrangement to have the car towed off their lot and Don, Donny, and Donna were all very nice to work with.
