Dona and Don were both very pleasant and professional. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. The price quoted was what I paid and the car was ready in the time frame quoted. Seems to be running fine and my husband is very pleased. I called for quotes at other establishments and some never returned my call. Dona gave me a quote and let me know there was a warranty with the service. Other companies just pulled a number out of a hat and never mentioned a warranty. They also did a diagnostic to make sure the transmission was the issue, again not offered at other establishments.

I have a 2013 ford fiesta I brought in. This was my second opinion on repairs for the vehicle. A couple hours after dropping it off, I received a call that it was not necessarily the transmission at all. The error showed the computer failed and needed replaced. Don gave me the information I needed and we moved forward. After the repair was done it was retested and the computer replacement fixed the problems. The other shop wanted me to replace the transmission, which would have been a more costly repair, especially since that wasn't what was wrong with it! Courteous, professional, honest and now I have a working car.

The mechanic was excellent and communicated the status of the repair process. The transmission on our Tahoe was replaced in short time and the car is up and running again. Dona was fantastic and helped with insurance claim work and copayment. Overall a good experience and great service. We recommend this business to friends and family.
