I'm incredibly leery about going into a shop where I had not been recommended by a friend, especially to work on a part where it can add up quick and I don't really know much about.

First off the gal Alycia who answered the phone was incredibly warm, friendly and really gave a good first impression when I called. Oscar was the one who looked at my transmission noise - Took the time to explain exactly what was going on, showed me the crack in the transfer case that was leaking - and what was causing the problem. Don (I guess he is the owner) gave me a quote to do the work, including showing me what it would cost if I went a used route.

The price was definitely fair for the work involved.

I really cannot say enough good things about their friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness of the shop, and overall caring for the customer. Definitely a five-star experience.

The other customers that came into the shop while I was waiting - were all treated like they were friends, not just another number.
